than our fundamental house rules and guidelines tailored to property which
will be handed to tenant
- Develop maintenance report
using excel spread sheet to indicate easy follow up and progress –
this will be emailed to homeowner regularly and as desired.
- Arrange for and hire/fire
subcontractors – yard, pool, window washing, alarm system, cleaners
for move –in and move –out cleaning as needed, handyman,
electrician, pest control, etc.
- Coordination and supervision
of major projects like new fence; new roof; pool leaks; new landscaping;
elaborate paint jobs; etc. if desired by owner
